Project Overview

This Industrial Groundworks package formed a critical part of the redevelopment of Kimberly-Clark’s Northfleet manufacturing facility, enabling its transition to hydrogen gas power. The works required the diversion of existing services and installation of new mains, along with protective slabs to safeguard essential infrastructure. Specialist civil engineering included the construction of new plant plinths founded on CFA piles, ensuring long-term stability for heavy equipment. Additional elements involved forming new storage tank bases and delivering a modern electrical substation to support the site’s future energy requirements. These groundworks highlight a robust, sustainable approach to supporting industrial projects.
