Project Overview

This industrial refurbishment project involved the comprehensive upgrade and modernisation of multiple industrial units and external areas within a multi-tenanted estate. Works were carried out across Units 25, 27, 29, 31, and 33/35, beginning with essential roof replacement and associated structural remedial works to extend the lifespan and performance of the buildings. External improvements included over cladding elevations, the installation of new external doors, window remedial works, and the integration of sustainable PV and EV infrastructure. The external yard was also refurbished, with the breakout and installation of a new concrete yard slab, resurfacing of tarmac areas, and perimeter enhancements through remedial works and new compound fencing. Internally, Units 33 and 35 underwent full strip-out and refurbishment, including a warehouse fit-out and decoration, a high-quality CAT A office fit-out, and the installation of modern WC facilities. This project demonstrates a complete and efficient approach to industrial refurbishment.
