Project Overview

This Warehouse Construction project delivers a state-of-the-art 90,000ft² warehouse and logistics centre, combining modern efficiency with architectural heritage. The scheme comprises 67,000ft² of purpose-built warehouse space alongside 23,000ft² of premium office accommodation, designed across four storeys. A striking full-height curtain wall defines the office façade, blending contemporary architecture with art deco-inspired detailing that pays homage to the site’s rich history. Sustainability is central to the build, with the development targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and EPC A+. Energy-efficient features include extensive PV panel installations, rooflights to maximise natural daylight, and carefully planned landscaping to enhance biodiversity. The project also celebrates the site’s legacy, retaining Grade II-listed heritage features such as the original steps and cast iron railings from the former Firestone Factory.
